Blame game! The world will not respect you as number one , no empire had been there forever. The world is getting smarter, all countries want to do things their own way and excels. By co-operation or play your game no countries can surpass your country, if were to do so that country will have the same fate as CHINA facing now. Russia is one of a good example on nuclear weapons .
