SCHOOLS in Penang have been urged to adhere strictly to standard operating procedures while the Covid-19 vaccination programme is going on.
Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin said that before mass vaccination could be carried out to ensure herd immunity, schools needed to be careful.
