Blasts Hit Military Base in Equatorial Guinea, and at Least 15 Are Feared Dead

A series of blasts at a military base rocked the city of Bata in the central African nation of Equatorial Guinea on Sunday, killing at least 15 people, and the country’s leader attributed to the disaster to mishandled explosives.

At least 400 people were injured, government health officials said.
