私家车直接从男童的身体辗过。

吵着去超市买东西，但爷爷不肯，浙江台州市一名男童就直接趴在路面上发脾气，怎知一辆黑色私家车驶至，司机却没发现男童，以为是黑色塑料袋，直到感到颠簸才知出事。

男童事后获救，脸部擦伤、左腿骨折，幸无生命危险。

事发于4月2日，该名6岁男童在街上吵着要爷爷带他去超市买东西，不过爷爷拒绝，男童就趴在路上发脾气。爷爷没有理会，直接离开现场。随后一辆左转的私家车经过，辗过男童身体。

根据司机向警方表示，原以为路上的物体是黑色塑料袋，没想到是全身穿黑色衣裤的男童，没有特别为意。

警方指出，事故中司机要负上主要责任，男童监护人要负次要责任，男童则无责任。
