目前全球一共有150国被美国列为最高风险第4级别「不要旅行」。

美国国务院20日起调整各国旅游警示，新增116国，美国疾病管制暨预防中心（CDC）对大马发布的健康预警（Travel Health Notice）为第4级，相等于「不要旅行」警示。

国务院指出，将大马提升为第4级主要是因为即使已接种者前往大马也存有可能被感染变种冠病的风险，当局建议若真的要去马来西亚，则强烈建议需在接种后，且到当地时全程需戴口罩防疫。

目前全球一共有150国被列为最高风险第4级别，新列入第4级「不要旅行」级别的国家包含许多美国传统友好国家，例如英国、德国、加拿大、以色列，指出这些国家有「非常高」风险。

此外，只有不丹被国务院列为旅游警示第1级，韩国、越南、新加坡、泰国等被列入第2级别的「提高警觉」（Exercise Increased Caution）。这几国被列入第2级的原因为「冠病」，现阶段美国CDC对韩国、新加坡、泰国的示警为第2级「中等」级别，只有越南仍是「低」级别。

另外，中国、日本的旅游警示也同样列入第3级的「三思而后行」，日本入列的原因为「和冠病相关的旅行限制」。

国务院的旅游警示并不具强制力，也不会限制美国公民前往这些地方。
