中国2020年成为全球最大外资流入国。

中国商务部外资司司长宗长青周五表示，近5年服务业吸引外资年均增长4.4%，助力中国2020年成为全球最大外资流入国。

宗长青表示，近年扩大服务业对外开放主要开展了三方面工作：一是持续压减外资准入负面清单。全国版负面清单从2015年的93项压减到2020年33项，其中服务业条目压减了30项。

此外，扩大《鼓励扩大外商投资产业目录》，从2015年的349项增加到2020年的480项。

三是推动服务业扩大开放综合试点，5年来在北京开展3轮试点，累计吸收外资5686亿人民币（3600亿3900万令吉），占北京市吸引外资总量96.9%，占当地吸收外资14.8%。近5年服务业吸引外资年均增长4.4%，助力中国2020年成为全球最大外资流入国。
