GENEVA: About 1,300 civilians have died from conflict and violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo in just a matter of months, while over half a million people have fled their homes, the UN said on Friday (Jun 5).
Some attacks "may amount to crimes against humanity and war crimes," United Nations rights chief Michelle Bachelet warned.
