A cherished heirloom recipe of chef-owner Malcolm Lee’s great grandfather, the Yeye Chicken Curry comes with locally farmed chicken, kaffir lime leaf and green banana that are cooked in white coconut curry. Launched this month, Miss Vanda by Labyrinth is a spin-off chef-owner LG Han’s one Michelin-starred Mod-Sin restaurant. An extension of his dedication to the authenticity of local cuisine, in flavour and techniques, the delivery platform intends to offer “a consistent level of quality Singaporean street food across all dishes under one roof”.

His Michelin-standard Singaporean street food is already proving to be a hit with local celebrities and critics. Some of the goodies include Boneless Har Cheong Chicken Wings that are painstakingly marinated for 24 hours and rolled in a batter of har cheong (prawn paste). Han also puts up his dish of the week for a discounted price, along with rice/noodle bowls to share, weekly set menus and homemade spreads.

Les Amis is one of the two restaurants in Singapore to be awarded three Michelin stars in 2019, a testament to the establishment’s French fare. They’ve come up with a multi-course takeaway menu with entrees, mains and soups including a seasonal Blue Lobster Salad (available from 12 to 14 June).

It’s one of the two don sets (the other being the Iberico Pork Set) that make up Meta’s Signatures menu in addition to the Korean Menu, a course of five small plates. There’s also the a la carte menu and the occasional Staff Takeover Menu.

Odette, awarded three Michelin stars in 2019, was named after chef-owner Julien Royer’s late grandmother. With notable mentions in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and Les Grandes Tables du Mondes, this restaurant has truly cemented its status as the darling of the country’s fine dining scene.
Check out the restaurant’s wide variety of Les Plats de Resistance which boasts dishes made with ingredients that have the esteemed Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée French certification such as the Poularde de Bresse.

As the offspring of Frantzén, the only three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Sweden, Restaurant Zén inherits this Swedish gastronomic icon’s culinary expertise, serving dishes that have garnered it two Michelin stars. Led by chef-owner Björn Frantzén, the establishment is known for its careful blend of Japanese, French and Nordic cuisine.
Perfecting the art of putting together a hamper you’ll never forget, Restaurant Zén’s Gift Baskets are a spread of sauces and jams, cheeses, accoutrements and pastries. There’s a more modest Pastry Basket or a DIY option.

Chef Seita Nakahara gives dishes such as spaghetti and risotto the Midas touch with seasonal catch and produce from various prefectures around his home country.
