A 107-year-old woman has been asked about her secret to her old age and the answer was rather unexpected.

West Australian centenarian Bid Grocke reckons its her daily serving of Emu Export that has kept her feeling so spritely all these years.

The legend said: "This is what has kept me so beautiful. I feel great. That's what has kept me going, that's what has kept me so healthy."
