18-year-old dies after being run over by bus in Terengganu
KUALA TERENGGANU: An 18-year-old girl was killed after she fell off her motorcycle before she was run over by a bus on Jalan Kemajuan here last night.
The victim, identified as Nur Damia Umairah Amir Aswadi, succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene in the 8.40pm incident.
Preliminary investigations showed that Nur Damia was riding her motorcycle from Bandar Kuala Terengganu towards her home in Manir, while the bus, driven by a 70-year-old man, was heading to Kuala Berang.
