Two Indian Muslim food outlets in Bishan and Ubi were suspended two weeks and fined $800 each by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) for the same offence.
Both outlets are operated by Al Mubin Restaurant, one at Block 152 Bishan Street 11 and the other at 302 Ubi Avenue 1.
Each outlet accumulated 12 demerit points within a 12-month period for two instances of failing to register an assistant.
The period of suspension is from Oct 29 to Nov 11.
All food handlers working in the suspended premises would be required to re-attend and pass the Workforce Skills Qualifications Food Safety Course Level 1, before they can resume work as food handlers.
The licensee is also required to ensure that all food hygiene officers working in the suspended premises, if any, re-attend and pass the WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3.

Should check all the Hawkers center outlet for poor preparing of food in a very unhygienic manner.FSA to lazy to do duty work protocol routine But rather sit in office play handphone and collect free monthly pay checks.Typically useless Civil Servants what a disgrace.Like their PAP Government Ministers.
