I know it's only August but, this year, I've decided to be a devil for Halloween. In case you're eye-rolling at what might seem like an otherwise very basic choice, I can promise you it's not. Devil makeup is actually anything but basic. Partly because it's a Halloween makeup costume that can be as cute or as scary as you want—and, it's a much more original option than just throwing on some horns that you just bought at the drugstore.
