Earlier this week, the 36-year-old fiancée of Hong Kong veteran actor Lee Lung Kei,  73, was arrested for overstaying in Hong Kong, and for forging her university degrees in order to acquire an entry permit.

Lung Kei’s fiancée, Chris Wang Qing Xia, is an artist from Mainland China. It was revealed that she had falsely claimed to have studied abroad since the age of 10 at various established institutions. She was charged with six counts in court, including accusations of overstaying and forgery, and has been denied bail. The next hearing for her case will take place on April 16.
