Since the start of this year, at least five of the condominium units at The Draycott, a freehold development in prime District 10, have changed hands, according to resale transaction data. 

Over these seven weeks, the most expensive unit sold, in terms of absolute price, was a 2,637 sq ft unit on the seventh floor that transacted for $5.95 million ($2,256 psf) on Jan 30.
