I am obsessed with this! One, I always love a sleek and aesthetic kitchen appliance. But two, this has just been SO much more convenient to use than a kettle. All you have to do is fill it with water, and it will shoot out three different temps of filtered, hot water or room temp water. If delayed gratification is totally not your thing, you will love having access to hot water on demand. And then one of my favorite features is the safety lock. So as soon as you finish, as long as you have the safety lock feature on, it will immediately lock the spout. So, you'll never have to worry about a child playing with buttons and burning themselves, or accidentally hitting a button. Some reviewers seem to note that it's louder than they'd like, but I personally don't feel that way because I also own a Ninja Creami and THAT is loud, and it's nowhere near that level of loud. But it also dispenses water so fast, I don't even think I have time to process how loud it is. And then some also bring up leaks, but I've been using my machine since the spring, and I've had no problems. Love this and can't wait to drink all my teas that I'll be able to make so much faster with this gem!
