A mother recently took to social media to complain after her five-year-old son twisted his neck while playing in a “roller tunnel” at an indoor playground in Tampines, resulting in a three-day hospital stay.
A spokesperson for the playground said they have visited the boy in hospital, are conducting an internal investigation, and have posted notices outside the facility.
