KUALA LUMPUR: 99 Speed Mart Retail Holdings Bhd has fixed its institutional price and final retail price for its initial public offering (IPO) at RM1.65 per share.

The company said in a stock exchange filing that this was decided following the completion of the book-building process under the institutional offering yesterday. The retail offering also closed last Friday.
