Digital tech giant HP has just released its annual Work Relationship Index, an online survey of knowledge workers, IT decision makers, and business leaders designed to look at what makes employees satisfied. Among its many interesting results: 87 percent of knowledge workers would give up part of their salary for a more personalized work experience -- a strong counter to controversial return-to-office mandates. There are other, fascinating stats that show how far AI has already made its wayinto the workplace. But perhaps the most surprising finding about AI is that 60 percent of knowledge workers say AI has allowed them to improve their work-life balance.
