CM Punk has claimed he ‘would have died’ if he’d remained in WWE rather than walking away from the wrestling business.

The 42-year-old star – who made his All Elite Wrestling (AEW) debut on Rampage last month after seven years away from the ring – and Vince McMahon’s company has had issues ever since he left, including winning a civil lawsuit filed against him and Colt Cabana by WWE doctor Christopher Amann.
