My Friends and I had planned to travel to Bangkok on Saturday 06 August 2022. We had a great plan for what we are going to do in Bangkok.

Benny initiated to make the booking of the flight and hotel for us.

On the day that we going to fly, we arrived at Changi airport 3 hours earlier for breakfast and check-in.

Upon checking in the airline told us that the booking reference only my friends’ names on the booking except mine. As my friend had booked the tickets through 3rd party apps, we had to call the customer service hotline to verify.

Time was ticking fast and we had not enough time to get through the customer service hotline as it’s busy during that hours. So I decide that they go without me as I don’t want them to the waste tickets because of me.

Ended up I had to U-turn and went back home which is at Jurong (a long journey for me).

As I was about to reach home the airline called my friend and said that actually there was a ticket booking under my name and advise me to immediately proceed to the check-in counter.
