According to Aon’s 2026 Human Capital Trends Study, 74% of organizations in Asia-Pacific had deployed or were piloting AI programs, compared with the global average of 73%, the London-headquartered professional services firm said in Singapore on June 3.

Despite the high adoption rate, only 21% of respondents said they could effectively recruit and retain enough AI talent.
