An adult content creator has plunged to her death from the balconyof a hotel after she invited two men to take part in a filmed threesome, prompting an investigation into the mystery death.

Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, who goes by Anna Polly online, was found dead in a courtyard at the aparthotel in Nova Igacu, north-west of Rio de Janeiro. Brazilianpolice have now launched an investigation into the mysterious death of the content creator.
