Hangzhou Feikuo Technology Co Ltd, a China-based robotics company founded in 2024, recently added new shareholders, including Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co Ltd, an affiliate of Agibot.

The company also increased its registered capital to 1.1 million yuan (US$157,000), according to Qichacha records.

The filing also showed the registered capital rose from 1 million yuan (US$147,000) to 1.1 million yuan (US$157,000).

Qichacha also listed Feikuo’s business scope as intelligent robot research and development, industrial robot manufacturing, intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle manufacturing, and AI hardware sales.

Public information showed Feikuo focuses on embodied-intelligence applications in robotics.

It was described as a secondary-development company targeting scenario-based use cases, including cultural tourism navigation.

Agibot’s official website listed AGIBOT Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co Ltd as its company name, indicating the new shareholder is closely tied to Agibot’s operating entity.
