PETALING JAYA: It was a tough day for Malaysians at the Australian Open as all the national women’s players crashed out of the tournament in the quarter-finals.
Going up against a much higher-ranked player proved too much for 19-year-old Aira Azman as she could not get past world No. 11 Egyptian Salma Hany in Sydney yesterday.
