Cainiao, the logistics arm of Alibaba Group Holding, has launched a cross-border service between the US and Mexico, marking its first such offering in the Americas.

The new service is designed to handle parcel shipments along the busy US-Mexico corridor, with Cainiao managing the process from sorting to last-mile delivery through its own local networks.
