South Korean star Cha Eun Woo is once again addressing his tax controversy, months after the issue first made headlines and dented his previously squeaky-clean image.

In a new statement released on April 8 via his Instagram, the actor-singer apologised again to fans and confirmed that he has fully paid all outstanding taxes amounting to 20 billion won (S$17.23 million).
