The courts did the right thing. By the time the criminal charges were heard and concluded on court, he would be going direct to jail for a long time. Now it's time for the civil courts to look into the claims by the fraud victims and strip bare his current assets to pay the victims. Any further delay in the proceedings may give him sufficient time to divert his wealth somewhere else. Make the fraudster vomit our every cent he made and repay the victims.
