23 May - While Nana Mahazan shared happy moments being an alumna of the 2000s hit reality show, "Akademi Fantasia", the same cannot be said with Amylea Azizan, who admitted that she did not miss her time on the show.

In a recent Q&A via social media, the 39-year-old AF season 3 alumna was asked by a fan if she misses being on the show, to which she simply responded, "No. Because there were lots of things I kept inside. But I kept only good memories on my work desk."

She also received a similar question to Nana about the mysterious luggage that came out at the end of the AF weekly concert, to which she said that the luggage was filled with stuff.

"I packed my bags every week. It was so tiring. In the end I decided to not unpack and just get my things from inside the luggage," she added.

Amylea was the youngest contestant of her season in 2005, which named Mawi as the winner.

Back in April, the singer stated that she is frustrated over still being called Amylea AF3 after decades of being a singer-songwriter.

"I feel disappointed. I've been actively writing songs for other artistes and have released my own songs. For years I have built a catalogue and a profile of myself that can tell all sorts of stories, but there are still those who only see me as an 'AF contestant'," she said.

Amylea said that her colleagues from the same show like Stacy and Hazama rarely being linked to the show after so many years.
