Ant Group’s CFO Cyril Han to become CEO

Cyril Han will step into the role of CEO at Ant Group on March 1, 2025, succeeding Eric Jing, who will remain chairman.

The leadership change was communicated through an internal memo from the company and later validated by a spokesperson.

Han, currently the CFO, will be responsible for managing all business segments. He will report to Jing and the board of directors.
