Anthropic seeks appeals court stay of Pentagon risk label
Anthropic asked the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to stay a Pentagon designation that labels it a supply-chain risk while it seeks judicial review.
In a court filing, the company said the designation could cost it billions of dollars in lost revenue.
