PUTRAJAYA, March 5 — Prime Minister-cum-Finance Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today chaired the 2026 meeting of the National Finance Council at the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Complex here.

The meeting, which began at 3 pm at the Treasury building, was attended by Deputy Prime Ministers Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof, Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, Deputy Finance Minister Liew Chin Tong, and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Hannah Yeoh.
