In the images, this includes the time, date, and a faded representation of the phones home-screen wallpaper. The rejigged iOS 16 lock screen would place the signal strength bars to the left of the cut-out, while the battery status indicator is slotted into the right-hand side. The MacRumors report also states that Apples engineers are working on an operating system update that could be rolled out after the launch of the iPhone 14 to deal with any bugs that might affect the always-on display function.Reportedly, the iPhone 14 Pro always-on display will allow visible widgets and notifications that will fade after a short period. In addition, the rumor continues that rolling notifications could be implemented along with a notification counter, giving the user an idea of whether or not they need to enter a particular conversation.
