America is a 100% Capitalist country... that the country is run by enterprise...hehehe including the govt. As pte enterprise, shareholders are only interested in profits. Therefore many manufacturing has moved out of America 🇺🇸 into area like China and India.

Without China manufacturing muscles, there is no point embarking on R&D of new products. One tye design is on paper, it would need ti be built. Many countries cannot move into this stage to create a prototype due to cost, supply chain issues, and technical skills of workers to build
