Ariana Grande appeared on Hot Ones this week, and her reaction to the spicy chicken wings is now going viral.

As I’m sure you’re aware, Hot Ones is a YouTube series in which celebrity guests attempt to eat progressively spicy chicken wings alongside host Sean Evans.

Most celebs have a pretty tough time handling the spice. I’m talking Idris Elba, whose reaction became a meme in 2019, and DJ Khaled, who memorably tapped out of the challenge after eating just three wings.

But every now and then, a celebrity will totally surprise the internet by blazing their way through the wings with no problem at all. In 2021, for example, Lorde left fans shook when she made her way through the entire tray of wings without so much as a flinch.

And now, Ariana has done the same thing, surprising fans with her nonchalant reaction to her spicy vegan wings this week.

In fact, Ari's most visceral reaction was to the almond milk she was given to help ease the pain from the spice. She hated it.

Many internet users (including myself) were left both “shocked” and “impressed” by Ariana’s incredible spice tolerance.
