Attorney out of job after NY ex’s assisted ‘suicide’ and scathing claims go public

The ex-husband of a New York mother and former federal prosecutor who allegedly died by medically assisted suicide has resigned following a leave of absence, his former employer said in a statement.

Allan Kassenoff, a patent litigator and shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, stepped down from his role effectively immediately, the law firm has announced.
