PETALING JAYA: Rimbunan Sawit Bhd

has had an external auditor issue a statement of material uncertainty relating to going concern in regards to financial concerns for its financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the plantation company said the auditor, Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT, had flagged Note 4 in its financial statements which stated its current liabilities exceeded its current assets by RM119.9mil.
