0645- wake up & wash up

0710- send kid to school

0730-0830 prepare for work

0915-0945 reach work and clear some emails

0945-1030 buy cheap coffee & have breakfast

1030-1130 relax and pretend to work. Sometimes play games in the toilet

1130-1330 lunch time

1330-1400 back at my desk, clear emails, schedule meetings

1400-1530 host/participate in any meetings

1530-1630 tea break

1630-1730 join meetings if any, if not just pretend to work again or scroll fb/play games in toilet

1730 leave office

1800 reach home and have dinner with wife & kid

2030 kid sleeps and time for hanky panky with wife!
