Then private property is still affordable but only to some of the very rich people. Affordable is a very big words so how to define it? Professor Tommy Koh found many Singapore citizens cannot afford school fees then how this PAP government said we can afford to buy flats with ease bloody nonsense words out from their highly paid mouths

Singaporeans are not born yesterday ok. Affordability is not applicable to the flats anymore when one has to take up housing loan and pay instalments over a long period of time.

BTO 统一定价 takes into account 'affordability ', not simply profit-driven: HDB.
