A 4-month-old baby girl who suffered injuries on Nov 30 after falling from a five-story building was finally hospitalised on Monday (Dec 7) after her father had refused hospital treatment twice, according to a statement from the Youyi subdistrict in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province.

What type of parents are these? Perhaps the chief reasons may be the gender of the child. They don't count in some countries. Whether they live or die, the priority of the child is just not there.
