KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 26 — Thai content has been gaining ground in Malaysia, with acclaimed titles such as How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies (2024) and the Death Whisperer franchise — whose third instalment debuted last year — drawing praise and national buzz.

For a country long hooked on K-dramas, Hong Kong productions, Bollywood and Kollywood entertainment, as well as Indonesian hits, Thai content is now carving out its own space, proving it deserves a place among Asia’s best.
