While we know Ben Affleck has moved on from Jennifer Lopez, and Jennifer Garner, it seems he’s trying to stay super close to one of them as he allegedly goes house hunting again.

As many fans know, ever since Lopez and Affleck split up, he immediately went house hunting. And after no time at all, he found (and immediately bought) a $20 million property that was literally down the street from Garner. And now, it seems he’s looking for another Brentwood home.

In details obtained by Marca, Affleck was seen touring a home under construction in Brentwood. Now you may think, “Isn’t that just the house he bought?” Well, the outlet claims it’s a whole other property, but still one that’s close to Garner. So it seems he’s keeping close to both Garner and their kids!

For those who don’t know, Lopez and Affleck met on the set of the film Gigli. They started dating soon after and got engaged by the end of 2002. In 2003, they postponed their wedding, and were broken up by 2004.

Then, Affleck and Garner got together in 2004 after meeting four years prior, and then they married in Turks and Caicos in June 2005. They later welcomed three children: Violet Anne Affleck, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, and Samuel Garner Affleck. The couple officially filed for divorce in 2017, and in 2018, they finalized their divorce. But now, they’re closer than ever.

Then, in 2021, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance. A year later, they got engaged and married in a lavish ceremony. Then, after months of speculation, per TMZ, Lopez filed for divorce on Aug. 20, noting the date of separation is April 26, 2024. Their divorce was finalized at the end of 2024,.
