Cold Call Supplier Scam

Mr Li called my business, claiming to need signages for "Outram Secondary School". He had a Chinese accent and said he was a Chinese teacher there. He wanted to arrange an on-site visit but, before that, asked me to order 50 mattress pads from a Malaysian supplier. When I asked why he couldn't do it himself, he explained that the school principal had a disagreement with the supplier. He even asked for my bank account details to transfer money for the order. Suspicious, I researched online and found multiple reports of similar scams. Since then, I've received calls from different Singapore numbers with similar claims. Please be aware.
