Mansion on the Hudson

Zeta-Jones and Douglas listed their 12-acre estate on the Hudson River for $12 million.

The sprawling home is in the Westchester County village of Irvington, N.Y., just south of Tarrytown and about 25 miles from Midtown Manhattan.

The fully renovated, Georgian-style house on the property was built in the late-1920s.

Extending nearly 12,000 square feet on four levels, the house contains eight bedrooms, 10 full baths and two powder rooms, along with a 100-foot terrace that provides scenic views of the river.

There’s also a 21-foot indoor pool.
