Binance to stop new sign-ups in four EU states

Binance has told customers in France, Italy, Poland, and Spain that it will stop taking new registrations and limit some services from July 1 because it will not have a Markets in Crypto-Assets, or MiCA, license.
Binance, a crypto-exchange headquartered in Abu Dhabi, said it withdrew its MiCA license application in Greece and will seek authorization in another European Union country.
Under MiCA, a crypto provider authorized in one member state can provide services across the 27-country bloc.
