Blackstone eyes $2b IPO for data center firm

Blackstone is considering a US IPO that could raise around US$2 billion for an acquisition vehicle focused on data centers, with formal marketing possible this month, people familiar with the matter said.
Goldman Sachs is leading the deal, with Citigroup and Morgan Stanley also involved, and Blackstone confidentially filed with US regulators earlier this year, the people said.
