Christine Chiu is adjusting to a tough new normal.

The Bling Empire star recently opened up about experiencing hair loss, including the way she’s now preserving her scalp health.

“My first custom wig fitting,” the 42-year-old wrote in a March 17 video on Instagram. The short clip, which was posted on her hair stylist Maranda Widlund’s Instagram Stories, sees her donning a long-haired unit while sitting in a salon chair. “For those who don’t know, I am experiencing sudden and dramatic hair loss - and have lost 99% of my hair over the last few months.”
