That is a slope ground towards the water stream, which is not barricaded with railings for the safety of the people whom they are having brisk walk and activities within the water park.

May be a heart attack, then fell into the water, then drowned??? Or a suicide case, as nowadays many old people are having a hard time coping with the very high costs of living. Thanks to the PAP government for high costs of living, due to so many taxes and daily GST tax. No income, but everything kee, lau lang chum. Sad. RIP. Just my opinion.
