Boris Becker revealed his long-running elbow injury while out with his new girlfriend, Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro, in Spain.

The former tennis champ has had fans concerned with the growth for years, which experts claim is not a case of ‘tennis elbow’ but ‘student elbow’.

The bulge is said to be caused by pressure on the elbow from leaning on a desk.

The 52-year-old seemed unconcerned by the injury as he grabbed lunch with Lilian and his son Amadeus, 10, in Ibiza.

The trio have been spotted making the most of the sun in the Balearic island since jetting there last month, alongside Boris’ model son Elias.

Their outing comes after Boris’ estranged wife, Lilly Becker, told Lilian not to be tactile with her son Amadeus, in a since-deleted Instagram post.

After seeing photos of Lilian playing with Amadeus in the sea, Lilly wrote: ‘Let me put it his way so you understand: during the period of #corona!

‘You’re the 2nd girl within 7 months to make breakfast – pizza- pancakes for my son! (sic)
