The Beckham family feudmight be taking a turn!

Afterrumors of a feudcontinue to circle between Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz and the rest of his family, including his parents Victoria and David Beckham, sources are reporting that their conflict may have reached alegal tipping point.

According to Daily Mail, Brooklyn and Nicola, who have been married since 2022, have officially hired lawyers to help them with their “reputation management.”

As a coincidence, they hired renowned British lawyer Jenny Afia from the renowned Schillings law firm, who previously worked with Meghan Markle (Markle just recently hosted Brooklyn and Nicola in her home). Afia represented Markle in her privacy and copyright infringement case against the Mail on Sunday‘s publishers, which she ended up winning. She also defended the Duchess in the BBC documentary, The Princes and the Press.

“There is absolutely no connection to Meghan and Harry,” a legal source told the outlet. “Schillings is a respected firm with a wide range of clients.” “Ironically, the inaccurate reporting proves exactly why one hires legal counsel, to set the record straight and combat the spread of deliberate misinformation,” the source added.

Previously, sources recently unearthed some drama that reportedly took place during Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding. Though we didn’t know it at the time of the wedding, a source who spoke to People last week claimed Nicola and Brooklyn’s first dance was essentially hijacked when Marc Anthony took the stage and brought up Victoria instead. 

“Before the song began, Marc Anthony asked Brooklyn to come to the stage, and then announced, ‘The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on up…Victoria Beckham!’” the source said.

Victoria then reportedly walked on stage and slow-danced with her son. “It was such a jaw-dropping moment that it left the whole room in absolute shock,” a second source added. “You could hear a pin drop.”

Not long after the source went public, sources close to Victoria told Page Six that those accounts aren’t exactly true. “Much later in the evening, when Marc Anthony performed, lots of people got up to dance, and yes, finally, then Brooklyn and Victoria had a dance, as did David and his daughter, [Harper],” the source said. 

“Everyone is mystified why that would have upset Nicola,” they added. 

Looks like Brooklyn and Nicola are getting ready to set the record straight.
