Nicholas Brendon has opened up on his recovery from a heart attack and two spinal surgeries.

The former Buffy The Vampire Slayer actor suffered a cardiac incident last summer, with his sister revealing at the time that the same thing happened to him after he underwent a second spinal surgery in 2021 to deal with his Cauda Equina, which is where the nerve roots at the bottom of the spine are compressed, causing lower back pain, pain that radiates down the leg, numbness around the anus, and loss of bowel or bladder control.
